Willingham’s Lost At Sea is a sweet soy-umami bomb that blew me away. In addition to seafood, try mixing it into ground meats or with skillet dishes to add a little flair. Not sure it’s meant to be used as a rub, but it works for me on any white meat, from wings to pork tenderloins.

Lost At Sea is very different and very delicious. First there’s a complex sweetness, followed by a saltiness that registers as soon as the sweetness fades. Celery seed adds to the earthiness. The heat creeped in on me, further adding to the intrigue. Great balance. Must try on pork chops.
