Chii Willi from William’s Food Co. is a great subtle and mild chili seasoning that’s a bit different from many other chili blends. I find it a bit woodsy and earthy from warm cooking spices along with modest salt and garlic savories. Great for chili or mixed with olive oil for use as a marinade.
