Three Little Pigs KC Sweet delivers classic BBQ flavors with an excellent salt-savory balance. Despite the name, my tongue doesn’t pick up all that much sugar, and the sweetness comes through as more of a flavor note than a dominant sensation. The mild kick is just enough to accentuate any protein.

Kansas City Sweet delivers more of a savory flavor profile, but I also experience occasional bits of subtle sweetness. The saltiness doesn’t really stand out on its own, but draws out the other flavors. An outstanding addition to Chris Marks’ killer seasoning lineup.
