A spicy Southwestern chili vibe announces itself right away with this Three Little Pigs KC All Purpose blend. Nice and complex and borders on hot-rub territory but doesn’t quite go there. An excellent and classic blend you can literally put on anything.
When we tested this one I wrote down, “Now that is a perfect bite.” And it is! Salt, garlic, onion and a nice pepper bite scream out ‘Hey, this one is special.’ Classic BBQ flavors but super, super tasty. An ideal flavor profile IMO.
