He Said, She Said
Mississippi Grind opens with a wave of sweet and closes with a kiss of heat. In between lies an experience that strikes me a little different each time I use it. Caramelized sugars on a pork chop gave it an almost teriyaki effect, while BBQed chicken legs came out sweet and balanced.
Gorgeous color with lots of interesting textures. Terrific balance of flavors that run deep with an edge of complexity. You’ll want to experiment with this one. Mr. Freak loved it on pork chops and I’m a big fan of it on grilled or baked fish.
