“Pretty much as perfect a flavor as you can get” were my first thoughts when we tested Chicken Rub from Smoke 'n Magic. Fantastic balance, classic flavors, a bit of a smokey vibe and just enough citrus to add a little brightness. It’s much, much, much more than a chicken rub. 5 stars.
A well-balanced melange of salt, sweet, savory and smoke make for a delicious but tame opening before that creeper back-end kick comes in and tickles my uvula. This winner is great on pork, shines on poultry, and belongs in your spice cabinet!
