Spicy Apple from Simply Marvelous BBQ hits with a special sweetness I can't place, but it’s as rich as caramel. Luscious savories round it out, but the heat is what makes it special. While it stops just shy of hot rub territory for me, it builds gradually from zero to a nice, warm tingle.
