Doug’s Dust turbocharges the flavor of whatever you’re cooking, thanks to the magic of MSG. The fine grind makes it well suited as a finishing dust, but also works well as a savory enhancer mixed in with ground beef. I enjoy the underlying smoky vibe.
A bit of Southwestern-like flavors hit me all at once in the open. The flavors are pretty great – not mellow, not bold – just right. Very tasty. It’s a nice fine blend and quite useful as a red all-purpose seasoning.
