I’m a sucker for Cherry Habanero by R Butts R Smokin’. I’m a big fan of the individual flavors, and this blend nails it. The opening flash of salt gives way to the perfect amount of spiciness from peppers that deepen flavors and add complexity. Hints of cherry sweetness balance things out.

Rich, deep and smoky with a great kick. The wonderful chili-chipotle heat announces itself early and hangs around late. Makes a great rib rub as a moderate coat, or put it heavy on a pork butt the night before you cook to let the salt do its thing.
