Butt Kick'n Chicken. The name makes me laugh, but make no mistake, this seasoning is not messing around in terms of deliciousness. Smoky and sweet with just a slight backend creeping chili pepper heat, perfectly balanced with salt and garlic and onion savories. Very, very good.

At first bite, I barely noticed the moderate kick because I was distracted by the delicious and extremely well-balanced combo of savories, salt and sweetness. Then the spice comes strolling in — a nice pop of chili pepper. A classic all-purpose BBQ rub with a smoky vibe running through it.
