Texas Gold opens with a tang of salty mustard to immediately get your attention. The garlic and onion combine with black pepper for a bold, bright and unique flavor experience.
We used this old-timer on our very first competition brisket back in 2014 and came home with a little bowling trophy with a cow on top. Ever since then I’ve been a fan of Texas Gold as a base layer for beef. The added vinegar powder does something special.
