The Freaks had fun with Bistecmafia. I think of it as a salty, flavorful classic with a twist, thanks to a little citric tang and underlying smokiness. Mr. Freak, on the other hand, reports a distinct fajita vibe. We both agree that it makes for an enticing pork chop.

Lots of salt, garlic and onion and loads of south-of-the-border flair. Works great straight out of the bottle for grilling. Or mix with lime juice and marinate thinly sliced skirt steak before char-grilling for a backyard arrachera experience.
