Fin & Feather is a hard departure from traditional BBQ flavors. Make no mistake, this one is all about the sour citrus notes and savory flavors. The sweet and heat are minimal, allowing the citrus to really wake up your tastebuds. Very nice with a pleasing final impression.
Too sour for me to use all by itself on most proteins. I like to mix it into olive oil and lemon juice for a fantastic chicken or fish marinade. Also works well as an extra seasoning layer for grilling when you want to brighten up the flavor.
