This specialty rub is a great addition to the kitchen cabinet for whenever you need bold Southwestern flair in a skillet dish, but it’s equally awesome as a high-temp grilling seasoning. I’m a huge fan of P&L Fajita Rubbed pork chops.
A fine grind of classic Southwestern flavors. Salty opening followed by big garlic and onion. There’s a moderate heat of chilies and black pepper that builds slowly without ever being too spicy.
