Oakridge BBQ says their Saigon 21 Experimental Edition “may just blow your mind and shatter your current understanding of barbecue,” and I’d have to agree. Waaaay off the BBQ path, very different and full of mystique. The ingredient list alone demonstrates all the awesomeness inside. Must, must try.

Funky, earthy and exotic. Like a wonderful mild curry with a major boost of umami. Don’t be afraid to use it on any protein, but I think it shines brightest on the grill, flattop or skillet. This is a simple way to achieve an amazing flavor profile I can’t reproduce from my own spice cabinet.
