Oakridge Dominator is smoky, sweet and complex. It’s beautiful to look at, smells amazing and makes my mouth water when it hits the grill. The fascinating heat profile builds into the “moderate zone” then falls back as an array of baking spice flavors nudge their way in. Outstanding!

A touch of fancy, imported cinnamon gives this complex creation a unique dimension that takes it off the beaten path while still keeping it in its sights. Outstanding on ribs as the name suggests, but Freaks like me have gone as far as to sprinkle it on buttered toast.
