Oakland Dust’s El Jefe Taco Seasoning gives me a big rush of chili pepper right from the first bite. Those chili pepper flavors are complex and there’s a great smoky vibe with a twist of sultry. I like this one best as part of a dusting for fish tacos, but terrific with any protein.

Sweet and hot with a full-bodied flavor delivery and a complex kick of black and red peppers. Bold and delicious. Pale color going on but sugar caramelization left a great color.
