Lucky 7 from Melissa Cookston leads with salty flavors and garlic & onion savories, but I really enjoy the vague sweetness that keeps everything else in check. Parsley and other herbs leave a “fresh” vibe, making it an ideal base layer for all sorts of proteins and veggies.
Low key, but not at all basic due to a special savory undertone running through it. I can’t put my finger on it, but the impact is impressive. Works well all by itself on a grilled pork chop, or use it as a BBQ base layer.
