When Meathead from AmazingRibs.com launches a line of seasonings, you know they’re bound to be epic. The smokiness in his Amazing Smoked Pork is playful, intoxicating and just right. The aroma alone pulls me in as herbs glide along with garlic and onion. A moderate sweetness balances things out.

This mellow concoction falls delightfully off the beaten path and is my favorite of the Meathead line. Based on his classic Memphis Dust, it's sweet, but not in a sugary way. It warms my tongue a bit, but without any sharpness whatsoever. And is that a hint of ginger? Maintains a great balance.
