Pirate’s Pleasure is intriguing and intoxicating, standing out massively from the pack of traditional BBQ rubs. This one packs on the sweetness, along with warm savory notes from baking spices. We ran this straight up on pork chops (watch temps if cooking with high heat) and it was otherworldly.

This seasoning reminds me of the hard butterscotch candies my grandma always had in her purse. It’s not a flavor I’d ever associated with pork before now, but let me tell you – this Pirate’s Pleasure is incredible on a slow-smoked ham. Also a fun topper for oatmeal, yogurt or ice cream.
