The opening burst of salt in Hotty Totty’s Bovine Delight helps to deepen the beefy umami and savory flavors — very delicious. There’s a light sweetness that helps to round things out, but it doesn’t stand out too much on its own. Excellent on all cuts of beef, but don’t forget the pork chops.
