Historic BBQ’s Red “Pork & Poultry” is sweet, mellow, mild and balanced. Simple and basic flavor delivery, with just a hint of smoky bitterness riding beneath the sweet surface. As the initial flavors fade, I'm left with a pleasant but mild back-end tingle. Try it on a nice piece of fish, too.

A classic seasoning with roasted garlic and onion flavors. Salt sits in the background. Honey flavors bring a moderate sweetness into the blend, along with a very faint chili pepper heat. Soft and mild — wonderful on chicken.
