White Label is well balanced with a spicy kick. The classic trifecta of salt, garlic and onion grow more flavorful with each bite, and the sweetness rounds things out. We’re partial to it on pork and chicken, but it’s great on practically anything.
I like a back-end kick in my que, and White Label provides just enough to qualify as all-purpose “hot” rub. It’s terrifically balanced and flat-out works on anything.
