Right out of the bottle it reminds me of the magical powder at the bottom of a box of kiddie cereal. Maybe that’s why it’s so awesome? I like to add Honey Rub late in the game during a long smoke — sprinkled on just before wrapping in foil or a shake or two on top of my sauce. Great stuff.
