I’ve been using Cajun Creole Garlic Butter on just about everything, and it’s quickly become a new favorite. The garlic and onion savories are really delicious along with salt, a complex red chili pepper heat and a fleeting sweetness. Another terrific seasoning from Heath Riles BBQ.
Mellow, complex and a little bit mysterious. This salty-savory masterpiece was love at first bite for me. Don’t let the name pigeonhole how you use it. It’s great on practically anything you smoke or grill, and you can mix it into all kinds of things — mayo, sour cream, butter, etc.
