Buffalo Seasoning from Heath Riles BBQ is more of an ingredient / flavor dust than a rub. The garlic and cayenne flavors provide instant punch to whatever you shake it on. A natural on wings. Mix it into dips and sauces. It was shockingly great on a grilled pork chop.
