Very interesting and very, very good. I enjoyed this Asado All-Purpose Rub in each and every format we tested. The blend itself is very chunky and coarse, like an everything-bagel seasoning on steroids. Flexible enough to use as a rub or in a brine. These flavors are serious and mean business!
