Flavor Anonymous Cock-A-Voodoo offers a melange of exotic flavors that wash over my tongue with warm baking spices and heat from a unique pepper flavor. Is it Southwestern? Is it Middle Eastern? The fact that I can’t pin it down is a big part of the attraction for me.
Terrifically different and definitely not your typical chicken rub. The savory garlic and onion come together with moderate salt then finish with a smoky chipotle heat that slowly builds. Tastes like a complex blend of secret spices.
