The Thriller by Flaps 20 is classic, but a little complex at the same time. A bright opening gets my attention right away. Almost citric without the pucker. From there, it’s nicely balanced and bold, with a wonderful creeper kick to close the show.
Salt is the first thing I notice. It’s special and refined, but then a terrific wave of onion and garlic savories rush in. The very gradual creeper heat keeps the thrills coming. Incredible color. Great for steak but a must-try on grilled or skilled-cooked pork chops, too.
