EAT Zero to Hero does it all, with sweet & heat to open, then smoky garlic, onion and salt bringing up the rear for a change. The heat hits early and lingers around late. Sitting just on the verge of being a hot rub, this one hits all the right notes for me.
I call this “classic with a kick” outstanding! Deliciously smoky. Works terrifically in chili and as a light dusting on deviled eggs, not to mention virtually anything you want to BBQ.
