Billed as an Italian Beef seasoning, this blend from Dr. BBQ is a great way to dial up the natural flavor of whatever you’re cooking. There’s decent savory flavors for sure, but it’s the herbs that really stand out to me. It’s a wild blend with textures ranging from fine to chunky. Very tasty.
