DB180’s Sweet Heat is extremely well balanced across all four flavor dimensions. Not so bold, but extremely complementary – makes my mouth happy every bite. Multiple sugars including chunky turbinado condense into a bit of a glaze when used on the grill. A fantastic rib rub, too.

Sweet Heat is all about classic, balanced BBQ flavors. Sure, there’s the peppery opening and a sweetness that grows with each bite. But what I enjoy most is the underlying umami vibe with a tiny citrus chaser. Delicious.
