Code 3’s Grunt Rub is a garlic blend and then some. Those big chunky colorful granules hydrate when you cook with it and are super delicious. Salt works alongside the garlic and enhances the flavor without being overbearing. It’s become a kitchen staple whether I’m cooking outdoors or inside.
A melange of flavors. Flaky sea salt, onion, garlic and the occasional bit of anise and red pepper make this a fun, chunky season-all.
