Southern Thunder is the latest creation from Boars Night Out, and my first tastes were very intriguing. The overall smoky vibe meets up with salty and savory flavors along with a nice warmth that hits smack in the middle of my tongue. Sports a beautiful color, too.

Bold salt, onion and garlic tango with a smoky underlying flavor. Tastes wild and unique — doesn't remind me of any other rub. The heat creeps gradually to a mellow smolder that’s tempered by a barely perceptible sweetness. Full-bodied and delicious.
