Wowza! I’m in love with this Scorpion rub by Blazing Star. Very sweet, with just a bit of saltiness and a moderate savory middle ground. The heat builds slowly at first but accumulates quickly, building into a fiery finish. Add to your rib blend for a kick, or run it solo if you can take the heat.

The name Scorpion suggests something intense and that’s just what this seasoning delivers. Scorpion peppers provide a blast of heat that’s tempered just a bit by caramelized sugar flavors. This one totally lights me up but it’s so good. Makes for some incredible hot wings.
