Badass Pork Boost is awesome on pork, but I like it best as a red all-purpose seasoning. Chunks of turbinado sugar bring out the sweetness, along with contrasting bits of saltiness that are really delicious. Add some faint garlic and chili pepper and the result is a mellow but tasty blend.
