Game On’s subtle kiss of lemon with mild salt and savories adds a perfectly complementary flavor to grilled meats, from fish to fowl and even pork. The flavors don’t scream BBQ, but I think it's super-delicious. A bit elevated and complex.
Big D’s Game On sits slightly off the beaten path but it’s a welcome departure from more traditional BBQ flavors. The blend is full-flavored without being too bold or intense, and a hint of herbs gives it a bit of freshness. Outstanding on pork chops.
