Big D’s G2 BBQ is one of those magical seasonings with completely balanced flavors. It’s a little mild and understated at first, with a warming black and chili pepper buzz that eventually appears out of nowhere. This blend has a nice even grind and beautiful color.
Mellow and complementary. Salt, savory and sweet do their understated dance together, while subtle chili pepper heat creeps up on the back end. Each bite leaves me salivating for the next one. Outstanding on pork and poultry. Can’t wait to try it on other proteins.
