B Xtreme’s Fajita Dust hits me with a big “wow” before mellowing out just a bit. It’s billed as a Fajita seasoning but I think of it more as a red all-purpose seasoning. Rich and flavorful, perfectly suited for high-temp cooking, flattops, grilling and smoking.
Turbocharged salty garlic with just an ever-so-slight kick of pepper — maybe jalapeno — riding in the background. Pretty simple and straightforward flavor delivery that’s a wonderful flavor enhancer.
