I’m a sucker for a perfectly balanced rub, and Sweet Thang by All Q’ued Up is exactly that. I get an overall chili pepper vibe, but it's broad and balanced enough for use in all kinds of ways. Spicy but not overly hot, as the sweetness keeps it in check.
