Classic flavors with lots of onion-skewed savories. There’s a sweetness that also comes through along with a slight smoky vibe and a hint of citrus twang. Chili pepper adds a little pizazz to this all-purpose seasoning. I’m a huge fan of Grillin’ Time on pork chops.

All Q’ued Up’s Grillin’ Time sings a sweet and almost nutty song, delivered oh-so-smoothly thanks to a bit of cinnamon in the bill of goods. Added smoke flavor is a little overpowering straight out of the bottle, but fire and food transforms it into something wonderful.
